John has 30 years’ experience in leasing and asset finance. He was previously Chairman of Microlease, which merged with Electrorent to become the largest global test and measurement rental business and is currently Chairman of Whzan Digital Health, a fast growing developer of software systems supplying the NHS and UK local authorities.

Bill has over 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and financial strategy. He was previously CFO of Brainpower NV, a Deutsche Borse-listed financial analytics business based in Switzerland, that was sold to Bloomberg and CFO of ETV Capital, one of Europe’s leading technology venture debt funders. He is currently Non-Exec Director for SFS – a specialist lender.

Neil has over 25 years of experience in asset and structured finance. He was CEO of Kreos Capital and ETV Capital and he also sits on the investment committee of a European SME Debt Fund for a large global US Asset Manager. He had responsibility for lender transaction structuring and underwriting and running the credit committee.
